Maharishi National Rural Development Foundation

The objective of the foundation is as follows:

1. To work with the socio  -economically weaker sections of the society with special emphasis on women, children and disabled of rural India irrespective of caste & creed, culture and religion towards socio-economic development  of the individual, family and the community through various interventions to raise the quality and standard of life.
2. To establish Maharishi Rashtriya Grameen Vishwavidyalaya for providing all technical educations including medicines, engineering, management with and modern facilities.
3. To establish, run ,support and grant, aid or other financial assistance to schools, colleges, libraries, reading rooms, universities, laboratories, research and other institutions of the like nature in India for use of the student, teaches, research associates, and the staff and also for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.
4. To establish, maintain & run scholarships and other reader other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study without any distinctions as to caste, colors, race , creed or sex.
